4bone-in pork chopsabout 1 inch thick
½cupsoy sauce
¼cupolive oil
¼cupbrown sugar
2tablespoonsminced garlic

Instructions
Prep the Pork Chops: Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. This helps the marinade stick better. Place them in a ziplock bag or a shallow dish.
Create the Marinade Mixture: In a bowl, combine ½ cup of soy sauce, ¼ cup of olive oil, ¼ cup of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, the juice of 1 lemon, and ½ teaspoon of black pepper. Mix everything together until the sugar is dissolved.
Marinade Time: Pour the marinade over the pork chops. Seal the bag tightly or cover the dish with plastic wrap. Make sure the chops are fully coated. Pop the bag or dish into the fridge and let those flavors mingle for at least 4 hours, but overnight is even better!
