1tbspblack pepper
1cupbarbecue saucehomemade or store-bought

Instructions
Prep and Marinate
Start by rinsing the beef ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to create your dry rub.
Generously rub the dry mixture all over the beef ribs, making sure to coat them evenly. Let the ribs marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight in the refrigerator for maximum flavor infusion.
Preparing the Pit Boss Grill
Fire up your Pit Boss grill and set it to smoke mode. Allow the grill to preheat for about 10-15 minutes until it reaches a steady temperature of around 180°F.
Smoking the Ribs
Once the grill is preheated, place the beef ribs directly on the grill grates, bone side down.
Close the lid and let the ribs smoke for 2-3 hours, absorbing that delicious smoky flavor.
Slow Cooking
After the smoking session, increase the temperature of the grill to 225°F.
Wrap the beef ribs tightly in aluminum foil and return them to the grill.
Let the ribs cook low and slow for another 4-5 hours, or until they are tender and juicy. Use a meat thermometer to ensure they reach an internal temperature of 200°F for maximum tenderness.
Glazing and Finishing Touches
Carefully unwrap the beef ribs from the foil and place them back on the grill.
Brush the ribs generously with your favorite barbecue sauce, coating them evenly.
Let the ribs cook for an additional 15-20 minutes, allowing the sauce to caramelize and create a sticky, flavorful glaze.
Serving
Remove the beef ribs from the grill and transfer them to a serving platter.
Allow the ribs to rest for a few minutes before slicing them between the bones.
Serve hot with your favorite barbecue sides and enjoy the smoky goodness!
