Easy and delicious brown sugar salmon.
Prep the glaze by mixing brown sugar and dijon mustard in a small bowl. Set aside.
In a medium heated non-stick pan, add 2 tsp olive oil. Let the oil heat up for a few minutes.
Place salmon fillets to hot pan skin side down. Fry for about 1-2 minutes. Flip the salmon and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Transfer fillets on a baking pan. Brush brown sugar glaze on the flesh side and roast for 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reach 145F.
