Preheat grill to 325 degrees over indirect heat. Add your favorite smoking wood.
Put spicy brown mustard over all sides of the pork butt.
Generously apply your favorite pork rub on all sides of the pork butt.
Place pork meat in the grill and cook until internal temp reaches 165F.
Wrap the pork meat in foil and add ginger ale. Put back in the grill and cook for about 2 hours or until meat internal temperature reaches at least 195F.
Once it is done cooking, take it out of the grill and unwrapped the foil. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before shredding.
