Make your next meal special with this delicious Traeger pork tenderloin recipe. Perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, it's sure to be a hit with the whole family!
Rinse the pork tenderloins and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Apply your chosen pork tenderloin rub or marinade generously on all sides of the meat. Massage it in to ensure it's evenly coated.
Place the seasoned pork tenderloins on a plate or tray and let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat.
Preheat your Traeger grill to 225°F (107°C) according to the manufacturer's instructions. Once the grill reaches the desired temperature, place the pork tenderloins directly on the grill grates.
Close the lid of the grill and let the pork tenderloins smoke for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Remember to periodically check the temperature using a meat thermometer to ensure it's cooked to perfection.
You may also choose to rotate the tenderloins halfway through the cooking process for even smoking.
Once the pork tenderloins reach the desired internal temperature, remove them from the grill and tent them loosely with foil. Let them rest for about 10 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute within the meat.
After the resting period, slice the smoked pork tenderloins into medallions of your preferred thickness. Serve them hot and enjoy the smoky goodness!
Note: Cooking times may vary depending on the size and thickness of the pork tenderloins, as well as the specific grill being used. Always rely on the internal temperature to determine when the meat is fully cooked.
