Cubed Steak or Sirloin Steak pounded thin

Gravy:

tablespoon
Butter

Milk

Instructions
Season the panko with the spices.
Dredge the steak but be sure to do it in this order: flour, egg, and then the seasoned panko.
Pace the breaded steak into the air fryer and cook at 370F for 12 minutes.
When that is finished, remove the steak and serve with mash potatoes and gravy.
Gravy:
Grab a saucepan and add butter and flour to it. Melt the butter and be sure to stir it together with the flour.
Whisk in the milk, salt, and black pepper. Whisk this over high heat until the mixture starts to thicken.
Once you see that it has thickened, remove it from heat and pour it over the fried chicken steaks.
