Your favorite chicken rub

BBQ sauce
Instructions
Preheat Pit Boss grill to 275°F and add your favorite wood pellets.
Generously season each chicken thighs with chicken rub.
Place chicken thighs in the smoker and let it cook for about 1 to 1.5 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Once the chicken thighs are fully cooked, brush the thighs with BBQ sauce.
Increase the heat in the smoker to 400°F and sear the chicken thighs for additional 15 minutes.
Rest the chicken thighs for 10 minutes before serving.
