3 pound Salmon fillet
½ teaspoon Coarse Salt
½ teaspoon Black Pepper
½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
½ teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Sugar
Instructions
Put the smoker on 300F degrees.
Mix the paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and sugar in a bowl. Put the spice rub on the salmon.
If you have a food thermometer place it in the middle or the thickest area of the fillet. Put the grill's cover on.
Cook the fish until it attains a temperature of 145F degrees within. It should take an hour or so.
Place on serving dish after removing from grill.
Fresh off the grill, enjoy!
