When it comes to food, no recipe can ever be too meaty for me. I am someone who thrives on hearty meals, the thicker and the more filling the better. A family man at heart, I am a father of two and a loving husband. My children and my wife mean the world to me, and when we sit down to meals together, I am truly in my happy place.

On this blog, you will find a wide range of cooking tips and ideas, mainly covering BBQ, smoked, and broiled recipes. I also put up stews, deep fried foods, and stir fry meals from time to time. Whatever I am eating at the time, that is what I like to write about. I aim at all times to make food as exciting for you as it is for me.
