4racksSt Louis ribs
1cupYour Favorite BBQ sauce
Rub
½cupBrown Sugar
¼cupSweet Paprika
¼ cupCoarse Salt
¼cupGarlic Powder
3tablespoonGround Black Pepper
2tablespoonOnion Powder
Instructions
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Generously coat the ribs with the rub mixture. Place the ribs in the refrigerator and let it cure overnight.
Preheat smoker to 250°F and add your favorite wood chips.
Place ribs in the smoker and let it smoke for 3-4 hours. Ribs are done when the meat has shrunk back roughly ½ inch from the end of the bones. Meat should be very tender at this point.
In the last 10 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce.
