Ingredients

  • 4 lbs Pork Loin

Brine

  • 1/2 quart Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 quart Apple Juice
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Salt

Rub

  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl combine brine ingredients and stir to dissolve. Place the pork loin in the brine and refrigerate overnight. Add additional water to submerge the entire pork loin.

  2. Preheat your smoker to 250°F.
